Lenders pay us a commission once your loan settles, and every lender pays the same. There’s no incentive to choose one lender over another—We’re here to find the best fit for you and your goals, not the bank’s.

Yes, if you work for a large, well-known company listed on a major stock exchange, many lenders can consider vested shares as part of your income. We’ll review your vesting history to calculate the average annual income and incorporate it into your loan assessment, maximising your borrowing power.

How do you decide on the best lender?
